Babil Khan, who captured attention a few months ago with a viral Instagram video where he openly spoke about feeling sidelined in the film industry, has mostly stayed out of the public eye since. However, this morning, he was spotted at the airport. As he stepped out of his car, Babil greeted the paparazzi warmly, posed for photographs, and then proceeded to board his flight.

In May, Babil shared an emotional video on social media, describing his sense of alienation within the industry. He named both insiders like Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, and outsiders such as Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, and Adarsh Gourav, expressing how he often felt he did not belong. The video resonated with many, drawing support from fans and peers alike. Babil said in the video, “Bollywood is the most fakest, fakest, fakest industry that I’ve ever ever been a part of. But there are few people that want Bollywood to be better…I got to show to you so much more, so much more, so much more. I have so much more to give you.”

Shortly afterward, Babil announced a break from social media and later stepped away from a film project with director Sai Rajesh, citing that things had not gone as planned. Since then, he has kept a low profile.

In his statement, Babil explained he left the project “due to unforeseen circumstances” and would be taking some time off. Babil Khan was last seen in the film Log Out, released on ZEE5. He has also appeared in critically acclaimed films like Friday Night Plan and Qala, and shows like The Railway Men.
