Archana Puran Singh’s son responds to criticism over proposal to Yogita Bihani: ‘Your opinions are valid’

When Archana Puran Singh’s son, Aaryamann Sethi, launched his YouTube channel Aary Vlogs, he kicked it off with a 30-day challenge to promote his song “Madhubala”. During this period, he also made his relationship with The Kerala Story actor Yogita Bihani public. After completing the challenge, Aaryamann proposed to Yogita and later shared the vlog of his proposal, followed by another video in which Archana Puran Singh was seen giving her own ring to the actor.

The videos drew mixed reactions online. While many fans celebrated the couple, others criticized them, with some labelling Yogita “greedy”. Comments such as, “I know as a woman this is not good, but she doesn’t seem like a woman in love… feels greedy,” and “As a true well-wisher, I think everything is going too fast. Please think carefully before making big decisions and giving away valuable things to someone. I don’t know why, but I’m not getting good vibes from Yogita,” surfaced on the posts.

These remarks prompted Aaryamann Sethi to address the criticism in his recent vlog. Aaryamann said, “I saw so many comments recently. A lot of them were very nice, but some had negative things to say. I kept thinking about it, even discussed it with my parents, and asked, ‘Why is this happening?’ I meditated and reflected for a while, and eventually concluded that all of you care a lot about me.”

He added, “Even the comments criticising me come from a place of concern. I really appreciate all of you for caring so much. Thank you for showing love to my family and Yogita. You’ve given constructive criticism. Honestly, I may or may not act on it, but all of your opinions are valid.”
