Arbaaz Khan recently lost his cool at the trailer launch of his upcoming film Kaal Trighori after a reporter asked him about his brother and superstar Salman Khan instead of focusing on his film. The incident began when the reporter brought up Salman’s helpful nature and the family’s reputation for supporting others during the launch of Arbaaz’s latest film.
Speaking at the event, Arbaaz said, “Is it really necessary to bring up Salman Khan and the family? This question could have been asked without mentioning his name. You could have just asked about your support for Nitinji, but instead, it’s all about Salman Khan…” The actor then asked the reporter to rephrase the question. However, the reporter insisted, “We already know the stories about Salman Khan…”
He further explained that Salman or his family are not the only ones who help others in the industry, and that mutual support is a shared value across the film fraternity. “Everybody who is part of the film industry supports each other. It’s not a unique quality in one actor or one family. Yeh sab bolne ki baatein hain ki yeh karta hai ya woh karta hai. There is not a single actor who has made a career over a long period of time and who is not supportive. It is not that this quality is only with the Khan family. Filmmaking is a collaborative process. It’s not an individual process, and you need support from everyone.”
Kaal Trighori is directed by Nitin Vaidya. Apart from Arbaaz, the film also stars Aditya Srivastava, Mahesh Manjrekar, Rajesh Sharma, and Mugdha Godse in key roles. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on November 14, 2025.
Arbaaz, Salman and their family have been attacked by the director Abhinav Kashyap of late. Abhinav directed Dabangg that starred both the brothers and was also produced by Arbaaz. Abhinav has claimed he was treated poorly by the duo and have passed comments against their family too.
