This Ganesh Chaturthi, Amitabh Bachchan sings a soulful Ganesh Aarti for his fans

Amitabh Bachchan shared the Ganesh Aarti's audio track on Twitter. A corresponding video will soon be out too.

Ganesh Chaturthi is a huge festival and this year the Ganpati celebrations have become more special by one and only Amitabh Bachchan. The actor has presented his fans with the gift of singing a Ganesh Aarti. This year Ganesh Chaturth will be celebrated on September 5. Big B has crooned this aarti for the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. And looks like this time, the 11-day long Ganesh Chaturthi will become all the more special with his aarti.

We have heard Amitabh Bachchan sing many a times in past like ‘Mere Angne Main,’ ‘Neela Aasman So Gaya’ and also ‘Atrangi Yaari’ in this year’s release Wazir. Now, Big B has rendered his voice to this Siddhivinayak aarti.

The actor took to Twitter to announce the same. He wrote, “Codes for the Ganesh Aarti that has been sung by me.” He further shared the song’s link saying, “a blessing for me to be given the divine honor to sing the Ganesh Aarti for the Siddhivinayak temple ..These are the URL for the ganesh Aarti sung by me for Siddhivinayak temple .. Big B will also be shooting for an accompanying video to be directed by Shoojit Sircar. Parts of the video will be shot at Prabhadevi temple itself. Reportedly, Big B recorded the aarti at Aadesh Shrivastava’s studio recently.

For the aarti, the actor has been assisted by young music director duo Rohan-Vinayak, who have earlier composed for the star’s ad shoots and TV shows. A few years ago, Amitabh Bachchan had also rendered his powerful voice to Hanuman Chalisa.
