There’s considerable anticipation surrounding Allu Arjun’s upcoming collaboration with director Atlee, a combination that promises both style and substance. But that’s not all. Aalim revealed that he is also styling Mahesh Babu for the highly anticipated, globe-trotting action adventure directed by SS Rajamouli. Giving fans a small tease, he said, “Even with what you will see with the collaboration of Rajamouli sir and Mahesh Babu, it will blow your mind. In the same conversation, Aalim reflected on his long-standing collaboration with Superstar Rajinikanth, recalling the experience of working on Jailer 2 and Coolie. “It’s a very good feeling to work with him. Now when you will see the look of Jailer 2, you will be very happy, it has come out very well. And even in Coolie, we had two different looks. One for the young portion, one for old. It was a joy to do both of them, and for the young version I had taken inspiration from the Rajinikanth in Andha Kanoon, so the look has crossed sideburns and different hair flow. You wouldn’t believe when I was cutting his hair, Lokesh sir had played the background music which he has eventually used in the film for the same scene. So it was a very cinematic feeling to do the hair while that music was being played.”

Aalim also spoke about his father, Hakim Kairanvi, a legendary hairstylist who shared a deep bond with Amitabh Bachchan. In a moving recollection, he said, “My dad died doing his haircut. His last haircut of life was of Amit ji. He was cutting his hair, he got a cardiac arrest. It was during the shoot of Mard in Mysore. So he was doing his continuity haircut, while doing so, he complained of chest pain and next day he passed away.”
