Aaliya Siddiqui says she has ‘no problem’ with Nawazuddin Siddiqui now: ‘Court gave a good decision’

Aaliya also expressed that she is happy with the court’s decision as it asked Nawaz to “fulfil his duties” and look after her and her children’s needs in Dubai. She said, “Living in Dubai isn’t easy as there are many financial issues amidst other things. But the court gave a very good decision that Nawaz has to fulfil all his duties and make sure we’re staying in good condition. He has finally solved all those issues.

Last month, Nawazuddin had shared a statement on social media where he questioned his kids being brought to India by his wife when they have to attend school in Dubai. He then wrote on Instagram, “Does anyone know, why my kids are in India and not attending school for 45 days, wherein the school is sending me letters everyday that it has been too long an absence. My kids have been made hostage for past 45 days and are missing their schooling in Dubai.”

He had also said that Aaliya had ‘abandoned’ their children in Dubai, and would take large sums of money from him on a monthly basis.

After a public altercation, Aaliya and Nawazuddin have now been asked by the court to get divorced ‘amicably’. She recently told indianexpress.com, “The court has asked us to solve our problems mutually as it is the matter of our children’s lives. The court has been extremely supportive, they are doing everything to help our family. The judge has also taken a good decision where they have told our children that they can stay wherever they feel comfortable, whether it is Dubai or in India. The court has asked to mutually resolve it.”
