UGC NET June 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key for the University Grants Commission–National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2024 exam. Candidates who appeared for the test can check the final answer key from the official website of UGC NET– ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The UGC NET June 2024 was conducted between August 21 to September 4 on various centres from all over the country. The mode of examination was earlier pen and paper (offline) but was changed to Computer Based Test (CBT) format. 

UGC NET 2024: Steps to download final answer key

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official UGC NET website – ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the link for the UGC NET Answer Key 2024.

Step 3: Fill out your application number and date of birth, then press submit.

Step 4: The pdf for the final answer key will appear.

Step 5: Candidates can download and save it for future use.

Each question in the exam carries two marks. Candidates will be awarded two marks for every correct answer and no marks deducted for incorrect answers or unattempted questions.

The UGC NET is held twice a year, in June and December, for the appointment of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professorship, and admissions to PhD programmes. The exam was held on June 18 across India in over 317 cities in two shifts and more than 9 lakh candidates appeared. It was in news due to cancellation of exam after reports of paper leak, CBI’s investigation revealing there was no paper leak, re-exam and postponement of re-exam.
