Tamil Nadu TNDGE Class 12 Results 2024: The Directorate of Government Exams, Tamil Nadu concluded its Class 12 exam on March 22. The Board usually announces the results after the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted. This year, it is expected that the Tamil Nadu TNDGE results will likely be declared after May 5, most likely May 6, however, official confirmation is awaited.

Last year, the TNDGE Class 12 result was announced on May 8. In 2022, Class 10 and 12 results were declared together on June 20.

Candidates who appeared for the Tamil Nadu TNDGE can check their results on the official website — dge.tn.gov.in. To pass the exam, students need to score 35 marks out of 100 in every subject. They will need their application number and date of birth to check their scores.

Tamil Nadu TNDGE: Class 12 result summary 2023

Around 8.51 lakh students appeared in the TN Board HSE exams last year from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Out of the 8.51 lakh, there were more than 5.36 lakh students from the Science stream, over 2.54 lakh students from commerce nearly 14,000 students from the arts stream, and around 46,000 students from vocational. The pass percentage last year stood at 94.03 per cent.

In 2022, Tamil Nadu TNDGE Class 12 exam, the pass percentage was 93.80 per cent, 100 per cent in 2021, 92.34 per cent in 2020, and 91.30 per cent in 2019.

In 2023, as many as 4,398 differently-abled candidates appeared and 3,923 of them successfully cleared the HSC exams. Moreover, 79 out of 90 prisoners who wrote the exams were also passed. Only one transgender student from Namakkal district registered and appeared for TN Plus two exams and cleared the exams.

Students of Virudhu Nagar had performed the best in all districts in the TN Plus two results 2023 with a pass percentage of 97.85 per cent, followed by Tirupur, Peramblur, Ariyalur, and Coimbatore.
