The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main session 2 city intimation slips. The JEE Main 2025 website – jeemain.nta.nic.in, has made the link to download the city intimation slips live.

The candidates will be required to check and download their examination city intimation slip of JEE Main 2025 session 2 by using the login credentials.

JEE Main 2025 session 2 exam for paper 1 (BE/ BTech) and paper 2A and 2B (BArch and BPlanning papers) from April 2 to April 9. While the city intimation slip will be released now, the JEE Main admit cards will be released three days before the start of the exams.

Advance city slip is released for information on the allotment of the city where the examination centre will be located

JEE Main 2025 session 2

In the JEE Main session one, out of the 13,11,544 candidates registering for JEE Main 2025 paper 1 exam, as many as 12,58,136 (95.93 per cent) candidates appeared. 12 questions were dropped by the Agency in the session one with the final answer key released on the afternoon of February 10.

JEE Main

JEE Main 2025 Session 2 will start during the CBSE Class 12 board exams. While there is no direct clash with core science subjects, some board exams, including language papers, home science, and psychology, coincide with JEE Main dates. On April 2, CBSE will conduct language exams in multiple languages, including Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Odia, Assamese, Kannada, and more. Home science and psychology exams will be held on April 3 and 4, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

JEE Main

JEE Main is held for admission to NITs, IITs, and other engineering colleges. The 2025 exam is conducted in two sessions—January and April. In the January session, 13,11,544 candidates registered for Paper 1 (BE/BTech).
