Pay scale: Rs 17,100 for Assistant Manager and Rs 21,000 for Manager.

Educational qualifications

Assistant Managers: The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks for Assistant Managers post
Managers: A first class Master’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks.

At least three years’ full-time experience (2 years for SC/ST) as an Officer in Commercial/ Cooperative/ Regional rural Banks/ FIIs/ Corporates/ Non-Banking Finance Companies.

Age limit

Assistant Manager: The candidate must be 21 to 30 years.

Manager: The candidate must be 25 to 30 years.

All the candidates from SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen will get age relaxation as per government rules.
