Out of total 9 divisions of Maharashtra State Board, Konkani division continues to record the highest passing percentage with 96.01%. This year, the MSBSHSE exams were held from February 21 to March 20 in two shifts. The first shift was conducted from 11 am to 2 pm and the second shift was conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm. A total of 14,57,293 students registered for the exam out of which, 6,60,780 students were from Science stream, 3,45,532 were from Commerce stream and 4,04,761 were from Arts stream.

Mumbai University will begin the admission process for degree progammes from May 27, students can fill the application form till June 12. The first merit list will be declared by June 19 and students will get time till June 27 to confirm their admission. Last year, Konkan division achieved the highest pass percentage among all districts (97.22 per cent) while Mumbai recorded the lowest with 90.91 per cent. In 2021, Konkan had secured the highest pass percentage with 99.81 per cent, followed by Mumbai at 99.79 per cent and Pune with 99.75 per cent pass percentage.

MSBSHSE HSC students can get their individual subject-wise marks recounted or obtain photocopies of answer sheets or apply for re-evaluation of answer sheets. The board will announce the dates today on the website, verification.mh-hsc.ac.in.
Last year, as many as 14.49 lakh students registered for the HSC exam, of which 14.39 lakh appeared and 13.56 lakh students passed the exams. Konkan division fared the best with an overall pass percentage of 97.21 per cent. The overall pass percentage was recorded to be 94.22 per cent.
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will also announce the dates of supply exams today. The HSC students who flunked a paper or more can apply for the same. The Maharashtra Board conducts the supply exams in July.
The English question paper of the class 12 Maharashtra state board examination included a portion of a model answer placed in its place.
