Maharashtra Class 10th, 12th supplementary exams from July 16

Maharashtra 10th, 12th supplementary date sheet 2024: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has issued the supplementary exam date 2024 for the secondary school certificate exam (SSC) and higher secondary certificate exam (HSC). Candidates who are appearing for the supplementary exams can check the timetable from the official website — mahahsscboard.in/mr, mahresult.nic.in or hscresult.mkcl.org.

As per the Maharashtra SSC, HSC supplementary date sheet 2024, the exams will commence on July 16. The Maharashtra State Board will conduct the Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exams in two shifts – session 1 will begin from 11 am and conclude at 2 pm and session 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm. While the Maharashtra Class 10 compartment exam 2024 will end on July 30, the Class 12 Maharashtra board supplementary is concluding on August 8.

This year, Class 10 recorded an overall pass percentage of 95.81 per centr, 1.98 per cent more than last year’s passing percentage. This year, too, Konkan has emerged as the top-performing region with 99.01 per cent. A total of 1560154 students registered for their Maharashtra SSC exam, of which 1549326 appeared and 1484431 passed the exam. The pass percentage of girls is 97.21% and boys is 94.56%.

In the Maharashtra Class 10th Result 2024, a total of 187 students achieved a perfect 100 percent score. Division-wise, Latur had the highest number with 123 students, followed by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar with 32, and Pune with 10. Mumbai had 8 students, Amravati had 7, while Kolhapur and Konkan each had 3. Nagpur had 1 student, and Nashik had none.

There is a minor increase in the pass percentage for the fresh candidates with 93.37% students passing their HSC exams this year. The overall pass percentage is however 91.87 per cent (fresh, repeaters and private).

Stream-wise, the science stream has performed the best with 97.82 per cent students passing the exam. In the arts, commerce, vocational and ITI, the pass percentages are 85.88 per cent, 92.18 per cent, 87.75 per cent and 87.69 per cent respectively. In the vocational stream, the overall pass percentage has been recorded at 87.75 per cent. Of the 35,849 students registering for the exam, as many as 35,106 students appeared and 30,808 students passed the exam.
