Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2024: Counselling schedule out; registration begins on August 18

Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counselling 2024 schedule has been released, with registration starting on August 18 at cgdme.in. Eligible candidates can apply for MBBS and BDS courses through the official website until August 24.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has released the schedule for Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counselling 2024. Candidates interested in applying for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses can view the full schedule on the official website – cgdme.in.

The registration process for round 1 will open on August 18 and close on August 24, 2024. The choice filling and locking process will also commence on August 18 and continue until August 25. The merit list set to be published on August 27.

The seat allotment process will occur from August 28 to August 29 and results will be announced on August 30. Candidates must report for scrutiny at their allotted institutes between August 31 and September 5, which is also the timeframe for the admission process at the institutes.

Candidates who have passed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG) examination are eligible to participate in the state counselling process. To apply online, candidates should visit the official website cgdme.in, access the Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counselling 2024 registration link, and complete the registration by entering the required details. After logging in, candidates need to fill out the application form, pay the application fee, and submit the form. It is recommended to download and print a copy for future reference.

The application fee is Rs 1000 for unreserved (UR) and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates, Rs 500 for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, and Rs 10000 for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) candidates. The fee must be paid online via internet banking, debit card, or credit card and is non-refundable.
