CAT 2024: Registration extended till September 20 at iimcat.ac.in

Applicants must have a minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 50 per cent marks (45 per cent for ST, SC and OBC candidates) or in their final year graduation to be eligible for the exam. Furthermore, candidates with the required percentage in professional degrees such as – CA, CS, ICWA, and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) are also eligible.

CAT 2024: Step to register 

Step 1 – Go to the official website – iimcat.ac.in

Step 2 – Select the new registration button, available on homepage

Step 3 –  Enter the following necessary information to register — date of birth, name, email id, phone number and country

Step 4 – Validate your registration with OTP

Step 5 –  Now, log in using the credentials received in the email

Step 6 – Fill in the application form with the necessary personal, academic, and work experience details

Step 7 – Upload the document like – passport size photo, signature, and category certificate (if required)

Step 8 – Select your preferred IIM, course offered, interview city, and exam city 

Step 9 – Finish the application with online fee payment

Step 10 — Save and download the application form and fee payment status for further reference.

Candidates are requested to register using the email id and contact number active throughout the admission process. The authority will contact and communicate with the applicant through the registered contact details.
