BPSC Exam Calendar 2025: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released its 2025 examination calendar. Aspirants can check and download the exam calendar from the official X handle of the Commission. The dates released by the Commission are, however, tentative. The schedule includes various posts such as Integrated CCE 70th, Assistant Professor (Physics), Assistant Curator/Research and Publication Officer, and more.

The BPSC preliminary exams for the Integrated CCE 70th were held on December 13, 2024, and January 4, 2025, with results out on January 23, 2025. The Integrated CCE 70th mains for the same are now scheduled between April 25-30. For various other posts, the Commission is yet to announce the dates. Aspirants will have to stay updated and check the official website–bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

The Commission has closed the registration for the Mains on March 17. The BPSC 70th CCE Mains exam will be conducted for various administrative posts, including Bihar Administrative Service, Bihar Police Service, and others. Candidates who qualified for the mains exam can start preparing for the next stage of the selection process.

The mains exam will consist of four papers: General Hindi, General Studies Paper 1, General Studies Paper 2, and an optional subject paper. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the mains exam and a subsequent interview round. The BPSC has announced a total of 2035 vacancies for various administrative posts.

Meanwhile, amid demands for the cancellation of the 70th CCE of BPSC held in December last year, popular educators like Khan Sir and Motiur Rahman Khan known as Guru Rahman, joined the protesters on Monday in Patna.

Protesters took out a rally from Mullsllahpur to Gardani Bagh in the state capital. Hundreds of protestors, carrying placards, demanded the cancellation of the exam. The CCE conducted by the BPSC on December 13, 2024, has been in the eye of a storm over allegations of question paper leak. Even as the government had dismissed the allegation, a fresh test was ordered for more than 12,000 candidates who had appeared in the exam at a centre in Patna.

Results of the 70th CCE of the BPSC held at 911 centres across the state on December 13, 2024, and 22 centres in Patna on January 4, 2025, were declared on January 23. A total number of 3,28,990 candidates appeared for the examination, with 21,581 candidates qualifying for various posts and services under the Combined Competitive Examination.
