BBOSE releases Class 10, 12 exam schedule for December 2025 session

According to the announcement, the Class 10 (matric) exams will be held from December 15 to December 23, 2025, while the Class 12 (intermediate) exams are set for December 9 to December 24, 2025.

As per the official schedule, theoretical papers for both classes will be conducted in two sessions: the morning shift from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.

The Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE) has released the timetable for the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations scheduled for December 2025. The open schooling board has also announced the dates for the Class 10 and Class 12 practical examinations. The Class 10 (matric) practicals will take place from December 6 to December 9, 2025, while the Class 12 (intermediate) practicals are scheduled from December 5 to December 8, 2025.

The practical exams will be held in two shifts each day:

–Morning shift: 9 am to noon

–Afternoon shift: 1 pm to 4 pm

Students will be given 15 minutes at the beginning of each exam to read and understand the question paper. Candidates who are unable to write independently will be permitted to use a scribe, in accordance with the District Education Officer’s guidelines, and will receive 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour. In addition, BBOSE has released dummy admit cards for Classes 10 and 12 for the June and December 2025 examinations. Students are required to verify their personal and academic details and submit any corrections by November 18, 2025.
