AP POLYCET 2025 application begins; register by April 15 at polycetap.nic.in

The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, today, has started the registration process for AP POLYCET 2025. The official notification for AP POLYCET 2025 is also available at the official website – polycetap.nic.in. Interested candidates can register for AP POLYCET by April 15. AP POLYCET is set to be held on April 30.

AP POLYCET is conducted for students who are looking for admission to various diploma courses offered by the government and private polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

AP POLYCET 2025: How to apply

Step 1: Go to the official website of AP POLYCET 2025 – polycetap.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the “ Online Application” link available on the homepage

Step 3: Register using your SSC hall ticket or mobile number and other details to create an account

Step 4: Fill the application form with all the necessary details

Step 5: Upload scanned documents

Step 6: Pay the application fee online using the credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ UPI

Step 7: Submit the application form and download a confirmation receipt

POLYCET 2025 will be conducted at nearly 500 examination centres across 69 towns/cities in all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Urdu medium candidates will be allocated separate centres in each region, where assistance for translation will be provided during the examination. This facility will be available only if the candidate indicates their willingness to appear in the Urdu medium in the application form. These candidates must take the examination at the designated centres listed below for their respective regions. However, they can submit the filled-in application form at the nearest Help Line Centre.

The test will be of an objective type format, consisting of a total of 120 questions. It will include 50 questions from Mathematics, 40 questions from Physics, and 30 questions from Chemistry. Each question will have four options, with only one correct response. The marking scheme awards one mark for each correct answer, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect responses.

Participation in POLYCET 2025 and securing a merit rank does not guarantee admission to the colleges. Candidates must satisfy all eligibility requirements and conditions for admission as specified in the admission rules.
