Vincentians secure 3-0 win over Poona Social

The Vincentian’s Old Boys Association kicked off their campaign at the KP Jadhav Memorial Trophy yesterday,with a 3-0 victory over Poona Social in the inaugural match played at the St. Vincent’s ground.

Earlier,the tournament was inaugurated by Jadhav’s son M.K. Jadhav,with dignitaries like AIFF secretary Alberto Colaco,PDFA President Vishwajeet Kadam and PDFA secretary Pradeep Pardeshi also present.

Hussain Charadiwala scored a brace to lead VOBA to victory,netting in the 15th and 37th minute after his teammate Ruben Lobo had opened the scoring in the 5th minute.
