It is essential to continuously update the education sector as per the developments in the modern world,while at the same time parents should be ready to provide updated,value-based education to their children,Malayalam actor Jagadish said here recently.
Education and art should go hand in hand and every child should participate in cultural activities and competitions,whenever they get a chance to perform without expecting a reward. Children should respect their parents and teachers; and thereby develop a culture,” said Jagadish after inaugurating the Chinchwad Malayalee Samajam’s annual gathering Kalolsavam 2010’on at CMS School,Nigdi-Pradhikaran,on Sunday. Jagadish reminisced about his college days and appreciated the efforts taken by CMS in the educational field.
According to a press release,CMS conducts this programme every year to provide a platform for talented youth. CMS president TV Bhaskaran welcomed the audience and general secretary TP Vijayan spoke on the present and future activities of CMS.
