Under-19 cricket: Cadence beat MCA

Abhijit Salvi top-scored with 122 runs while Gaurav Oswal supported him well with a handy half-century. For MCA,Amol Chinte was the pick of the bowlers scalping five wickets for 81 runs while Bhausaheb Dane supported him well with a couple of wickets of his own. In reply,MCA managed to score only 146 runs in 43 overs before being bowled out. Satish Pandhare top-scored with 58 runs. For Cadence,Chirag Khurana was the strike bowler,picking up four wickets for 53 runs while Sudhakar Bhonsale and Akshay Vaikar picked up a couple of wickets each. In the second innings Cadence scored 141 runs for the loss of four wickets before the end of play.

They won the match on the basis of a superior first innings lead.
