The Long Road
I am comfortable in any role and any genre, said Bollywood actor Tusshar Kapoor,as he chatted with fans in the city on Saturday, about getting most noticed for his comic acts. Kapoor was in Pune as chief guest of the Johnson Society Interiors Honors 2013 at Le Meridian. He also unveiled the Annual 2013 issue of Society Interiors. Looking back at his last 12 years in the industry,Kapoor acknowledged that he has seen various highs and lows. When my films fail at the box-office,I do not get upset. Instead,it motivates me to try harder and do better, said Kapoor, whose films Kya Dil Ne Kaha,Yeh Dil,Jeena Sirf Mere Liye and Kuch To Hai,failed to impress at the box-office before he delivered hits such as Rohit Shettys multi-starrer comedy film Golmaal and its sequels. This was followed up with The Dirty Picture in 2011,in which his role was much appreciated. Asked whether he has any plans of collaborating with his sister Ekta Kapoor, the actor said he has no plans of getting into daily soaps. I want to focus on films and give it my best shot, he said.
