Art
* An exhibition of landscapes and portrayals by artists Bhagyashree Kanna,Pranoti Malkute,Komal Thete and Dhanashree Lonkar is on at Balgandharva art gallery. The exhibition concludes today
* Revel in cosmic energy in the paintings of artist GG Machcha. The artist is exhibiting on the theme from May 20-26 at J Studio Art Gallery.
* Absorb the brilliant play of colours at a solo painting exhibition titled Indian Folk by senior artist Rajkishore Chati at Art2Day Gallery. Chati,an art teacher at a prestigious educational institute,is an alumnus of the prestigious Sir J J School of Arts,Mumbai.

Music
* Swarakamalanjali,a programme based on the bandish of renowned Indian classical exponent Kamlakar Joshi will be presented by Ganawardhan,a city based organisation working in the field of Indian classical music for the past 30 years. Scheduled to take place on May 23 at Manohar Mangal Karyalaya,Erandavane at 5.30 pm,Sampada thite,Saniya Patankar,Shubhada Athwale and Amol Nisal will unveil the magic of music forms such as- tarana,dhrupad dhamar,Sargam and so on.

Workshop
* The Art2day Gallery has organised a workshop titled ‘Water colour with Milind Mulick’ from May 10 at its Tilak Road branch.
* Shape your expressions at a ‘Mural and Canvas Painting’ workshop conducted by Sharad and Suchita Tarde. The eight-day workshop concludes today. For details contact: 9422010418.

Hone your acting
skills at an acting workshop by Swatantra Theatre Group for working professionals beginning May 23,every Saturday and Sunday from 4.30 to 9.30pm.
