For everyone who has a perfectly sculpted body and hopes of flaunting the same,the Fame World Championship is the right platform. Fame India will be launching a nationwide search for the best physically fit male and female across eight cities – Pune,New Delhi,Chandigarh,Kolkata,Chennai,Bengaluru,Ahmedabad and Mumbai – on September 5. This is the first time that India is participating in the championship that has contestants from 43 countries. The Indian semi-finals and finals will be held in Mumbai on November 5 and the winners will represent the country at the Grand Final in Las Vegas on November 19. Pune seems to be the latest hub for international DJs,and this weekend is no different. It will start with pumping music as DJ James Harcourt from the UK is all set to man the console at Area 51 tonight. He has played in India before at the Sunburn 2009 in Goa and now it’s Pune’s turn to enjoy his mixes! The event will begin at 9 pm.

For students of the beauty pageant academy,The Tiara,corporate trainer Prakash Rohera recently conducted a motivational workshop titled ‘Josh to Win’. Aimed at boosting the students’ confidence,the workshop focused on the various aspects of winning and achieving targets and goals. Rohera showed them video clips and spoke about the success stories of people like Sachin Tendulkar,Sushmita Sen,Arundhati Roy,Indra Nooyi,Dr Kiran Bedi,Saina Nehwal and P Gopichand among others.
