Onam is round the corner and Zambar is celebrating it with the traditional sadhya at its outlets in Phoenix Marketcity and Amanora Town Centre. The sadhya is an authentic Malayalee meal comprising 24 delicacies served on a banana leaf. The dishes include plain boiled rice,various curries,papadam,plain yoghurt or buttermilk,banana or plantain chips,and two or more sweet dishes. The curries are made of different vegetables. At the restaurant,enjoy traditional delicacies such as sambhar,parippu curry,pulissery,avial,kaalan and olan. True to the tradition,each dish will be served at its specific place on the banana leaf.
