Providore,the gourmet food store located in Aundh and Good Earth Winery will be hosting a wine and cheese tasting event at the Providore. The wines that will be available for tasting include the newly launched Taa l (Cabernet Sauvignon) and Tarang (Shiraz) and the ever popular Antaraa (Shiraz) and Aarohi (Sauvignon blanc),all part of the Raga Collection. The wines will be accompanied with imported cheeses like Graza Padana (Zanelti),Danish Blue (Castillo),French Camembert (Prestige) and crackers. The event which will be charged at Rs 150 per head,and will be held on July 23 and 24 from 11 am to 9 pm.

Raising the Bar

The Westin Hotel will be launching their lounge on Saturday,July 30. The lounge which is called KueBar,derives its name and inspiration from Cuba and Latin America and will be a place where party-goers can just have a good time. The launch will begin from 9.30 pm onwards and will be held at the Westin Hotel,in Koregaon Park

Food Fiesta

The Fountain restaurant,located off JM road,is hosting a Kebab and Biryani festival that is on till July 30. Promising a variety of Kebabs like the Shami Kebab,the Pahadi Kebab and Biryanis like the Chicken and Mutton Dum biryanis. The festival priced at Rs 250 will also include a complimentary pint of beer. In addition,the restaurant will also be offering a buffet lunch for Rs 199,inclusive of all taxes.

Flavours of the Desert

Vivaanta by Taj Blue Diamond is organising a Rajasthani food festival at their in house restaurant Mystic Masala. Featuring a chef from Rajasthan,the festival will feature dishes like the Jodhpuri Gatte,Maas ka Sula,Murg ka Mokul and Rabdi Jalebi. The festival is on till July 31

Mix and Drink

Courtyard by Marriott will be hosting ‘The Twist to Classic’,a fresh fruit cocktail festival at their Hinjewadi premises from July 23 to July 30. The festival will feature classics like Mojitos and the Capiroskas that will be blended with fresh fruits to give it a distinctly unique taste. To be held at the Momo Cafe located within the premises the bartenders will also prepare an assortment of drinks like Daiquiris,Margaritas,and Martinis,all muddled with kiwis,green apples,and lemons.
