Owing to the traffic and power block in order to facilitate the launching of foot over bridge at Karjat railway station on Saturday and Sunday,some trains will be cancelled,short terminated or re-scheduled on Sunday .
Twelve local trains between Karjat and Khopoli will be cancelled on Sunday.
Cancelled trains: 1025/1026 Pune-Manmad-Pune Express,1029 CST Mumbai Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus Koyna Express.
Short termination: 1024 Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus (Kolhapur)CST Mumbai Sahyadri Express leaving Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terninus on Saturday and reaching Pune on Sunday will be terminated at Lonavala and will run from Lonavala to Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus as 1023 at 10.33 pm. The 1030 Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus CST Mumbai Koyna Express leaving Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus on Sunday reaching Pune the same day,will be terminated at Pune and will run as a special train to Kolhapur at 4.15 pm. The 1618 Pune- Karjat Shuttle leaving Pune on Sunday will be terminated at Lonavala and will run to Pune as 1617 at 4.15 pm. The railway authorities have informed that the refund will be paid for only non travelled portion. Extra counter will be opened at Pune for refund. For further details contact Station Manager,Pune.
Diversion of Mail / Express Trains: 6529 CST Mumbai – Benglooru Udyan Exp,6339,CST Mumbai -Nagarcoil Exp and 7031 CSYM-Hydrabad Exp. all leaving from CST Mumbai on Sunday,will be diverted via Igatpuri,Manmad,Daund,Solapur. Passengers have been informed to board the trains from Daund. The 7032 Hyderabad- CST Mumbai Exp,1042 Chennai- CST Mumbai,1014 Coimbtore Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Exp,all leaving on Saturday,will be diverted via Daund,Manmad,Igatapuri. It means these trains will not come to Pune. Passengers traveling for Pune will have to get down at Daund and can travel by the next available trains to Pune.
Rescheduling of Mail/Exp trains on Sunday: The 1041 CST Mumbai -Chennai Exp. will be re-scheduled to leave at 4 pm instead of 2 pm,1009 CST Mumbai -PUNE Sinhagad Exp has been re-scheduled to leave at 5.50 pm instead of 2.30 pm,1019 CST Mumbai -Bhubaneshwar Konark Exp has been re-scheduled at 4.40 pm,instead of 3.10 pm.,6381 CST Mumbai -Kanyakumari Exp has been re-scheduled to leave at 5.20 pm,instead of 3.45 pm. These trains would not come to Pune.
