Love will yet again cross all barriers and tackle all obstacles to unite one of television’s most popular pair,Manav and Archana. The lead actors of Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV,Sushant Rajput and Ankita Lokhande,were in Pune on Tuesday to announce their reunion episode which will be telecast on Friday.

In the serial,Archana is the eldest daughter in this touching story of a middle class,Maharashtrian family. She has been focusing more on the responsibilities of her family than in pursuing higher education. This selfless character tends to sacrifice her own happiness for the sake of others. Ankita relates with her onscreen character. She says,”But things are going to be different now.” Her counterpart Sushant,an engineering dropout,is only too pleased with the turn of events and is confident that the their success will soar higher when the on-screen couple joins forces again. Incidentally,the show’s TRPs were the highest when Manav and Archana were married and they are hoping their chemistry will work its magic again.

Initially,the pair’s marriage didn’t work out but the channel received requests from fans to bring them back together. Mukesh Motwani,fiction head,programming,adds,“Thus,as a Diwali gift,we will be reuniting Manav and Archana.”
