Savour traditional Kashmiri fare at Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond Pune,where Chef Sewa,from Taj in Srinagar,will serve rare culinary dishes such as Nadru malai tikki,Tabak maaz,Yakhni shorba,Rista ,Dhaniwal korma,Gustaba,Waza chicken. The vegetarian specialties include Tchok wangen,Nadir yakhni,while for those with a sweet tooth,Badami phirnee,Kesari halwa and the traditional Kashmiri kahwa will bring the meal to a sweet end. The festival will continue till November 24 for lunch and dinner hours.

Satay sampler,Beetroot and jalapeno quesadilla,Cream of five onion soup,Ranchero burger,Quatro stagioni pizza,Scottish poached salmon,Prawns tawa masala and Banana butterscotch pie will be just some of the mouth-watering options on the all-new a la carte menu at MoMo Cafe at Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi.

At Home in the Kitchen

Three winners from the western region battled it out at the national round of the annual LG Mallika-E-Kitchen Cooking Contest,which promotes healthy cooking and eating. The winner was Pune-based Anamika Singh,who was accompanied by the first and second runners-up from Mumbai and Thane. The national winner will get a chance to represent India at the Global LG Home Chef Championship.
