Cops,docs,wife booked for techie’s murder

Sunil,who was working with Wipro,died on April 28,2011. It was declared as death due to heart attack. But Sunil’s father had filed a complaint in magistrate’s court,claiming that he did not died of heart attack. It was claimed that Sunil was allegedly poisoned and after he started vomiting,he was not given immediate treatment by his wife.

The doctors who conducted his post-mortem allegedly did not preserve his viscera to understand the exact cause of death and noted the cause of his death as heart attack,the complaint said. While the police officers refused to lodge murder complaint.

The magistrate court recently ordered that an offence of murder,criminal conspiracy be registered at Pimpri police station and the case be investigated. Police inspector B Mudiraj is investigating the case.
