Since when have you been in this profession?
I passed out in 1999,and since then I have spent more than 10 years in the industry in hotels like the Maurya Sheraton,Oberoi Rajvilas,Radisson (Goa,Kerala and Udaipur) and Ibis.
What is the one ingredient that you absolutely cannot do without?
Water,or H2O,of course!

Soya ginger steamed fish,mango mint smoothie,poached egg on multigrain toast
Tell us three ingredients that make any meal tasty?
For me,a tasty meal requires innovation with herbs or spices; perfection,as far as salt is concerned and dedication,that is,the right cooking method.

Yes,Puneites are go-getters for innovation and variation. They,in general,love trying out new things,except for the few conservative ones. The Pune market is one of the most complex,with diversities of people based here from all over India and abroad.

Ingredients:Crisp lettuce 100 grams,Grilled chicken 100 grams,cherry tomatoes 50 grams,olives 10 grams,feta cheese 100 grams,zuccinni 100 grams,bell peppers 100 grams,mushrooms 100 grams,onions 20 grams,baby corn 20 grams,balsamic vinegar 50 grams,pepper 5 grams,salt to taste
Method: Wash lettuce properly. Cut cherry tomatoes into half,pit the olives & cut into halves. Grill the chicken breast separately and cut to jullience,Cut all the vegetables and grill them on the griller. Mix the lettuce with vegetables and cheese. Top with the chicken strips .Add salt pepper & balsamic reduction according to the taste. Serve with garlic toast.
