Thermax Limited,energy and environment major,has received a major order from a leading petrochemical company for the design,manufacture and commissioning of 9 Circulating Fluidised Bed Combustion (CFBC ) high pressure boilers of 500 TPH each for two of its plants. The value of the order,which was won against stiff global competition,is around Rs 1,700 crore,the single largest from a client for deployment of CFBC boilers.

JCB India unveils new product

JCB India Ltd. has unveiled the new JS205LC tracked excavator developed and manufactured in India. With its rugged structure,the best-in-class operator controls and whole range of technological innovations,the JS205LC is fuel efficient during excavations,saving fuel worth Rs 1.3 lakh a year. The product costs between Rs 40 and 45 lakh.
