Ever since Manisha Koirala has been detected with cancer,she has shown what a tough fighter she is. After her surgery in the US,she has been regularly posting her photos on social networking sites. Most of these images show a smiling Koirala wearing wigs,turbans and bandanas while posing with friends and family members. On Friday,the actor took a step forward when she shared a candid photo of her without any head cover. The post read: “My new avatar” and we couldn’t stop admiring her honesty and guts. According to sources,Koirala has made steady progress in recovering and will soon be back in Mumbai.
