Top seed Arya Bhivpathaki defeated Jay Porwal in straight games to move into the third round of the boy’s under-13 singles event at the Pune district badminton championships that began on Saturday at the Modern PDMBA Sports Complex. Third seed Nellutla Kunte also won his second round game,but had to rally from a game down to do so,eventually triumphing 15-21,21-17,21-19 over the battling Neel Shah.
