Comic relief

Weve all grown up reading comics ranging from our own Amar Chitra Kathas to the Tintins and Calvin and Hobbes. Now with the Comic Con coming to Mumbai,you can browse through all these and more over the next two days. Besides showcasing best loved comic books,the festival will also hold a number of workshops and unveil new titles,including Don 2 and Ra.One comics.

Ethnic chic

The third edition of the ethnic weaves and crafts bazaar returns to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya with some traditional,exquisitely crafted works. On offer are tribal and thread jewellery items,sarees in tie and dye,hand-woven fabrics with mirror embedding,terracotta diyas and a whole lot more.
