HC upholds registry directive on BKC plot

A division bench,headed by Justice B H Marlapalle,that had earlier heard a petition challenging the de-reservation of a BKC plot for judges’ residential societies,said on Thursday that the petition should be heard by the bench led by the Chief Justice as directed by the registry to uphold the “glory,integrity and dignity” of the High Court.
