Exam dates for leaked papers announced

Owing to the paper leak,MU has decided to conduct a repeat exam for the Applied Mathematics II paper on June 14,Applied Physics II on June 16 and ATKT paper of Basic Electrical and Electronics (BEE) on June 18.

Owing to the paper leak,MU has decided to conduct a repeat exam for the Applied Mathematics II paper on June 14,Applied Physics II on June 16 and ATKT paper of Basic Electrical and Electronics (BEE) on June 18.

The University also announced an action plan to prevent paper leaks. The decision was taken in a Board of Examinations meet on Friday. The University has also asked colleges involved in the leaks to suspend or terminate staff or faculty implicated in the case.

To avoid repeat of such incidents,MU has asked colleges to appoint only staff of impeccable character for tasks like handling question papers. It was also decided that the university and the colleges will conduct capacity building workshops for teaching and non-teaching staff to improve performance. Another decision was to increase use of technology to prevent paper leakage.
