Constable kills self

A 48-year-old police constable attached to the Mumbai Police’s motor transport department in Nagpada committed suicide by hanging himself at his room number 7 house in New Police Housing Society,Naigaum area,on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Subhash Chaudhary. The RAK police said they received a call at 6.32 am on Monday from the police control room. “He was taken to hospital but was declared dead on arrival,” said an officer. No suicide note has been found. Further investigations are on,” the officer added.
