Actor Jeetendra and son Tusshar Kapoor are making big moves on the real estate front and enjoying the fruits of their investment. In June 2025, the father-son duo sold a large parcel of land in Mumbai for a whopping Rs 855 crore. The deal was made between two family-owned firms and the Japan-based data corporation, NTT. Now another deal has been struck with the same company, and the duo has sold a commercial property for Rs 559 crore.
According to PTI, the registration documents for the sale were shared by Square Yards, and the deal was finalised on January 9. The total size of the property is 30,195 sq m, and it is located in the Balaji IT Park. NTT dealt with Tusshar Infra Developers Pvt Ltd, which is owned by the father-son-controlled company Pantheon Buildcon Pvt Ltd. The plot includes a ground plus ten-storey building, which contains a data centre, and a 4-storey diesel generator structure, which is also located alongside the building.
No stamp duty sum was paid, instead, in accordance with a 2024 government order, a metro cess of Rs 5.59 lakh was given. This is the second big transaction between Jeetendra and NTT Global in recent times. The father-son duo has now unloaded real estate assets worth Rs 1414 crore in the past 8 months — a nice monetary cushion to rely on. After a more than successful acting career, Jeetendra has quietly built himself a real estate empire, and these deals are proof that he is a serious player of the game.
During an old interview with YouTube channel Visionary Studios, he talked about his journey in the market and said, “I am not like a typical builder. Typical builders sell the property before it is made, but I don’t like that. So I decided that I will construct the building first, and then I will sell it. I might appear foolish as a normal businessman. I have spent 50 years in the film business, and in my time, I don’t think I have seen people as nice as them… such nice, kind-hearted people. People in the film business are very emotional, but when I started this business, I realised that they have a different system.”
