Mumbai: The sessions court has granted bail to an Assistant Charity Commissioner (ACC) held on graft charges recently. ACC Anil Himmatrao Shingne,in the rank of an assistant civil judge, was caught by the Anti-Corruption Bureau on December 31 in his Worli office. According to the ACB,the complainant has a farm house in Mawal,Pune, and had filed a complaint with the charity commissioner’s office alleging that an organisation had registered itself on the property.
