Students organise rally to create awarenss about foeticide
Tagore Public School organised a rally on female foeticide here. The students in vans and trolleys conveyed message against female foeticide by holding banners and placards. They also raised slogans and organised a fancy dress show for expressing their views about it. Office-bearers of the school mangement and the school staff also participated in the show.

Programme on sales promotion held
A prgramme on sales promotion was organised by the functinal English students at the Government College for Women. RK Aulakh,the college principal,was also present there. The theme of the programme was “Sell what no one can sell” and “Sale of waste products.’ Eight teams participated in it actively.

Lucky draw declared
Nikkamal Jewellers on Sunday organised Diwali jackpot lucky draws. Madan Lal Bagga,the cabinet Minsiter,took out the draw and declared the winners.

To avail the per second tariff plan,both existing and new Idea subscribers can purchase a special voucher priced at Rs 64.

Additionally,Idea subscribers availing this plan will get to send local and national SMS at just 60 paisa. This tariff will be valid for a period of one year.
