Groups clash in Mundian Kalan

Gunshots were fired in Mundian Kalan area after two groups entered into a clash on Wednesday afternoon. However,there were no injuries.

Reportedly,a property dealer and coloniser at Bhamian Road got information that some residents of Mundiyan Kalan village tampered with the electricity wires in their flats.

The colonisers Ravi Jail,Rohit Jain and Nikhil Jain reached the spot to check the illegal kundi connection and found that the villagers had tampered with meters in their flats.

Jail resented and then the accused admitted his mistake and removed the illegal electricity connection.

Meanwhile,the husband of the ex-sarpanch,Baljeet Singh,reached the spot and entered into a scuffle with the colonisers. During the scuffle the Baljeet Singh shot twice at the colonisers but they managed to flee.

Jamalpur police registered a case against Baljeet Singh and his accomplice Gopi and both are absconding.
