PAU holds workshop for women

With the onset of monsoon and anticipating damage to household articles during the season,the home scientists of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU),held a workshop for farm women and home makers. The scientists underlined the need for observing proper practices in terms of food safety and hygiene,house cleaning,care of children and maintenance of clothes during the rainy season. Dr Surinderjit Kaur,asked the women to keep the rubber doormats at the entrance of their houses as it retains dirt,moisture and can be easily washed.
