Rahul,Praveen shine

All-round efforts by Rahul Saxena (63 runs; 2 for 21) and a half-century by Praveen Upadhyay fashioned a seven wicket victory for Armaan Cricket Academy against Lucknow Cricket Academy ‘Blue’ in their league match of the 1st Eram Cup Cricket Tournament,in Lucknow on Monday.

LCA ‘Blue’ scored 160 runs losing all its wickets in 29.1 overs. Sunil Maurya (50) and Vaibhav Kumar (36) were the main contributors to the team total. Alok Pandey claimed three wickets while Sandesh Yadav and Rahul Saxena took two wickets each. In reply,Armaan Academy was able to attain the set mark in 25.2 overs with seven wickets to spare,thanks to impressive bowling efforts by Rahul Saxena (63) and Praveen Upadhyay (50). Vikrant Singh took two wickets.
