Five IAS officers transferred

In an administrative reshuffle,the state government transferred five IAS officials on Monday.

In an administrative reshuffle,the state government transferred five IAS officials on Monday. Chairman,UPSRTC,Anoop Mishra has been entrusted with additional charge of investment commissioner based at New Delhi. Mishra was chief secretary during Mayawati’s regime and was replaced by Javed Usmani.

Other changes include Sudhir Kumar Srivastava,who held the post of mission director,NRHM and executive director,SIFPSA. He has been transferred as secretary,Secretariat Administration.

Joint managing director,Power Corporation,Dheeraj Sahu has been moved as MD,State Power Generation Corporation and Hydro Power Corporation.

Commissioner,Meerut,Mrityunjay Kumar Narain has been divested of his charge as MD of Pashchimanchal Power Distribution Corporation. He will now remain only as commissioner,Meerut Division.

DM Bijnaur Amit Gupta has been transferred as MD Pashchimanchal Power Distribution Corporation.

Among the PCS officers,additional commissioner,Chitrakoot Dham,Jitendra Singh has been transferred as municipal commissioner Ghaziabad,replacing Basant Lal-II,who is now additional commissioner,Chitrakoot Dham.
