Kolkata: Auto driver arrested for scuffle

An autorickshaw driver, who was travelling towards Ultadanga from Baguihati in his vehicle Thursday was arrested for ransacking a state bus and entering into a scuffle with its driver. As the bus tried to overtake the auto, the auto driver, Raju Bhowmick (24), prevented him from doing so. He then got down and other auto drivers joined him in pelting the bus with stones. The injured bus driver, Abdul Wahab, lodged a complaint in Lake Town police station, following which Bhowmick and another auto driver, Tatum Mondal (28), were arrested.
