West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to visit Cooch Behar today to hold an administrative meeting. She will also address a rally there.

Bhasha Mela from today
State Education Minister Bratya Basu will inaugurate Bhasha Mela (Language Festival) in Kolkata today.
Organised by the Institute of Language Studies and Research (ILSR), an institute under the satte Higher Education Department, the festival is being held at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in New Town, and will continue until December 10.

The Paschimbanga Nritya Academy is organising Uday Shankar Nrityotsav (Dance Festival), a solo and group dance presentation, at the Madhusudan Mancha in Kolkata. The initiative, under the patronage of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, will be held till December 10. The festival is showcasing an exhibition on the life and works of Uday Shankar.
