Will complete plan soon: Congress

Countering BJP’s assertion that the Delhi government’s regularisation plans were aimed at wooing the electorate,Congress on Friday claimed the BJP was ‘only trying to gain political mileage’ by hampering the process.

Mukesh Sharma,who was recently appointed parliamentary secretary,claimed BJP had never attempted regularisation despite ruling both the state and Centre. “The BJP is scared of this ambitious process as thousands of voters would now swing away from their party,” Sharma said.

He said the Sheila Dikshit-led government in Delhi was committed to completing the process at the earliest.
