Aishwarya who had never lit a cigaratte in her life,morphed into diva with casual air as she enacted the much talked-about sequence. Since she finally silences her critics with bare minutes of genuine acting,it seems in her case there is no spark without smoke. Perhaps the lady could carve out a niche for herself in femme fatal roles.

Tributes continue to follow Yash Chopra. Recently he was felicitated with the Swiss Ambassador Award 2010 for his contribution in promoting ‘Brand Switzerland’ through his movies. Earlier in October he was awarded the Asian Award for Outstanding Achievement in Cinema. While researching for his debut movie,Faruk saw inmates living in horrific conditions in some of the remand homes. For him,revealing such stories on the big screen is not enough,so he took a legal step to reform their lives. Indeed,seems like the mark of a real man.
