Report on illegal buildings sought

In another judgment,the Delhi High Court asked the MCD on Friday to file a fresh report on action taken against illegal structures built on encroached land in the South Extension area.

The court was hearing a petition filed in 2001 by the New Delhi South Extension-I Residents Welfare Association (RWA),seeking action against illegal structures,encroachment and unauthorised commercial activities in the area.
