With the arrest of two brothers and their distant relative,the police have solved the murder of 53-year-old swimming pool contractor,Trilok Singh Tokas. Tokas,was found shot dead at the Baba Gangnath DDA sports complex in Munirka village on Friday.

The arrested persons are Rohan Chauhan,25,his brother,Mohit,23 and their distant relative,Monu,22. Police said,the murder was triggered by Triloks objection to Mohit and Monu loitering the complex on Thursday night after the closing hours. Trilok slapped Mohit even after the duo apologised to being around in the area.

On the intervening night of June 2 and 3,Tokas,who was on his routine round,found Mohit and Monu there. He objected to them being there and slapped Mohit even after the duo apologised. Mohit ran home and related the incident to his brother Rohan who then pulled out two .32 bore self-automatic pistols and reached the complex an hour later. The brothers then gunned down Tokas said DCP Sharma.

During the tenant verification,it was found that a tenant named Rohan had left the house early on Friday morning after he informed his landlord that he had to visit his ailing sister, DCP Sharma said.
